Sandee, a NASM certified personal trainer and family law attorney, will help keep you motivated by providing you with workouts that can be done with little or no equipment.  Whether your goal is to lose some weight, increase muscle definition, get "toned", or improve peak performance, Sandee is here to guide you on your transformational journey.  Don't be shy,. Sandee will answer any of your fitness-related questions! 

Maggie, a special education teacher with three teenaged sons, will help keep you motivated by providing you with helpful tips on how to cook, using only real foods without spending all day in the kitchen. Maggie can answer any of your nutrition-related questions.
